Welcome to the Copper Creek Pharmacy Website! We appreciate the time you are taking to consider our pharmacy to be your medicinal provider!  We have been a Long Term Care pharmacy since the day we opened for business in March of 2009.  Our pharmacy staff is fully trained and brings a great variety of pharmaceutical backgrounds and experiences.  We are exclusively a closed-door, Long Term Care pharmacy so we are able to place all of our attention on the Long Term Care Nursing Homes for which we provide.  We are able to assist Skilled Nursing Patients with Medicare Part D applications through www.Medicare.gov.  Our pharmacy staff will go over and beyond your expectations, and we plan to do that for you and your patients for as long as you allow us to serve your facility.

If you are a Long Term Care Nursing Facility, whether a SNF, ALF, or both, we are always looking to expand our business because we know the quality of the care we give, and we desire to spread that same care into your area!
